Looking for the perfect fall party drink? I love this sparkling apple cider sangria for so many reasons! Party drinks (or really any drink) need to be easy to make. You have a million other things to deal with (appetizers, greeting guests, getting the table set up, etc) that finding time to fuss with a cocktail is just silly. But you still want to serve something totally delicious, right? I love seasonally themed drinks because they fit so well with all the holidays during the season. For fall it’s cooler air, gorgeous colors, and delicious fall flavors like apple and cinnamon! These were my inspiration for this sparkling apple cider sangria!
Plus, I love any excuse to sip out of fun glasses! I love unique champagne glasses or cocktail glassware in general. I love the different gold designs. Back to this delish autumn sangria recipe! I love serving mine with sliced apple wedges and a cinnamon stick for stirring. You could even add orange slices or pears for a fun flavor twist. Whatever you have around the house is perfect. That’s the beauty of sangria!

You'll love this autumn favorite: Sparkling Apple Cider Sangria!
Ingredients
- 1 750 ml bottle (standard) champagne or prosecco
- 2 1/2 cups apple cider
- 1 cup club soda
- 1/2 cup Disaronno
- 2 apples, sliced
- cinnamon sticks, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the champagne (or prosecco), apple cider, club soda, and Disaronna (you can sub in a ginger brandy if you prefer, but I love the amaretto).
- Stir until mixed and add in sliced apples.
- Pour and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
See how easy it is?! I love easy cocktails. Now, I mentioned it in the recipe but you can absolutely either omit the Disaronno or switch it to cognac if you prefer. It’s up to you! Or set up an “apple cider sangria” bar with all the mix-ins and let party guests whip up their own flavors. Set out fruits like apple slices, orange slices, pear slices, etc. Then add a variety of liquors plus a few garnishes too (cinnamon sticks and fun straws)! This would make the perfect bar cart set-up, don’t you think?
